It used to be called the 11+ but is now known as the Kent Test
With the new school term just a matter of weeks away, many primary school pupils are gearing up for the Kent Test which could determine their future success in life. Statistics just released show that Reculver Church of England Primary school came top in the Herne Bay area in 2016 for pupils gaining success in the Kent Test and becoming eligible for grammar school places. Not all pupils who are eligible for the test actually sit it as this is a parental choice.
The percentage success in the test rates for 2016 are given below:
Herne Junior 36%
Herne Bay Junior 30%
